In fact, I find this works for more than the spine and is also fantastic for strengthening & lengthening the quads and hip flexors. May be coincidence, although it also seems to have helped some mild patella tendinitis I had in the left knee. Most likely because it isolated and addressed a slight weakness I had in the left quads, resulting in over working the tendon.
