Why is skipping good for BJJ? By no way am I skipping expert. However, I do believe #strength in your feet is important for #Bjj as you start fights standing and pass standing up, even more important to train given we train mostly on our backs, so there are likely to be weaknesses there. 5 to 10 minutes at the start of your workout is a perfect way to work your feet plus warmup your body, particularly wrists and shoulders. Add skipping to your routine for four weeks and see if you feel a difference
