What do you do for cardiovascular exercise? A half hour of rolling is my favorite, second is a bunch of #kettlebell swings or a skate session in the bowl. Running is probably near the bottom of the list for me. I’ve never been great at, but every once in a while I try to through it in, because foot pursuits.
