Warming up with joint movements

Three weeks ago I was speaking to @deweynielsen about the faulty methodology of typical jiu jitsu warm ups and ideas on how to do it better.

Instead of doing a typical jiu jitsu warm up I ran the class through controlled articular rotations for the entire body. Joint health is particularly important for jiu jitsu and you maintain/improve this through motion. .
Not only was it a warm up for the class but also a guide to teach daily body maintenance skills.
