Being able to do a handstand is pretty cool and it can also be a really useful skill when someone is trying to sweep you.
It takes a lot of practice to master your handstands, but once you do you’ll have insane core and shoulder strength. Your balance will be on a different level, which will come handy when countering sweeps.
