Triangle Choke From Mount – Marcelo Garcia Vs. Leo Vieira

Here is a great Triangle Choke set up from the Mount position.

It works well when you have the cross face & underhook controls so you can pick your opponent up, as explained in this video with 2 live examples, Marcelo Garcia Vs. Leo Vieira and William Tackett Vs. Justin Renick.

Not the easiest one, but very effective 🙂
