Transitions with the @revgear motion master at the station with the training uniform. I tried to do 15, 30 second intervals of continuous movement which is very difficult! Torso rotation, flexion & changing direction are much harder with the gear (approximately 20lbs / 9kgs). My goal is to get comfortable enough to forget I’m wearing my kit. This was also the first time I tried this with the NCP-E by @blackboxcustoms_ & @the_theory_police attached to my holster. I like the tourniquet there because it frees up space on my belt and it helps keep the back of my belt clear. I was worried it would interfere with the movement since it sticks out more, but so far so good. I had to offset the placement of the TQ slightly because it was getting in the way of the hood.
