A little sample of one of my workouts last week. Here is the full plan:
-trap bar deadlift 225 6×2 – 60sec rest
Then 6 rounds of
-belt squat marches 2 plates a side x20 steps each side
-Fat grip pull up x 5
-kb single arm clean and press x5 each side
As you can see the stem cell treatment I received @chipsahospitalofficial earlier this year is still paying dividends. Shoulder & elbow feel great! I wasn’t able to do pull ups or overhead presses without pain before the stem cells. I will be heading back again next week to do another round of treatment with @scottyotm.
