I’ve been lifting weights for the past year and kinda got bored of doing 5/3/1. I wanted a program that was more specific towards jiu jitsu.⠀

✅The exercises are REALLY specific towards jiu jitsu movements. I love how they explain why they selected the exercises.⠀

✅A crash course on stretching philosophy. So many schools of thought on YouTube. It was nice to hear them explain PNF, etc.⠀

✅Extensive warmups, exercise selection, accessory work. I honestly don’t think I need to find another program for the rest of my life.⠀

What could be better?⠀

I wish there was a section on how to balance jiu jitsu and the program. I know progressive overload is important with strength training, but I’m trying to figure out the right balance between that and porrada in the gym.⠀
