You know when you have that gut felling when something is not right… This is one of those situations…
Compressing the trachea and carotids with a RNC or occluding the mouth and nose with this muffler submission technically the outcome is the same. However I think this muffler submission would be frowned upon at my gym and to be honest I'm not sure why. It just doesn't feel like its in the good spirit of jiu jitsu. I'm open to insight on this move. thx for sharing

Honestly this is a bit more polite than a normal wind choke, no crushing anything here, just no air and a super uncomfortable body triangle
I love the technique, its theory & details behind it but damn, why ain't we talking about the pee on the floor, folks?! The Python Trap makes for pee-pee escape
