The Helio Grip – Get That Cross Choke – Everytime!

This is taken from a recent class of mine. I discuss the basics of the cross choke. This is basic. Taught at the white belt level and nearly abondended by everyone soon after as they – “can’t seem to finish”…the reason is crap grips. That’s right guys the secret to an effective cross choke is good grips. Sure crap grips can work on someone brand new…but no way will it work at the higher levels.
