"The Escape Artist" Micro-Seminar: BJJ Back Escapes

In this all new video I show some slick little back escapes that were inspired by the greatest escape artist of all-time, Harry Houdini. I will be doing several videos in this series all related to the “escape artist” theme. In the first video we start with the king of bad positions, the back with both hooks and a seatbelt! Everyone’s BJJ “worse case scenerio”. We deal with thise position not by panicking and freaking out…but maintaining absolute poise and control. The goal is to be the Escape Artist!
