Dr Marc Barton is now a 2nd-degree black belt under Mauricio Gomes and the head instructor at Kingston Jiu Jitsu. But before he started teaching jiu jitsu, he worked at the very messy end of medicine, putting patients back together in the emergency department. His story was featured in The Telegraph newspaper, and he also appeared on the Healthy Bean Podcast.
In this mini-documentary, he tells us about his journey from stressed doctor to chilled out jiu-jitsu black belt.
