Technical Stand Up Sweep!

In this video I discuss the Technical Stand Up Sweep. This might be one of the easiest sweeps you will be able to execute in Jiu Jitsu. It takes advantage of action/reaction, using heights as an advantage and well it’s kinda like cheating : ) The great thing about the sweep also is that it’s super easy to do and when you get it moving.
