#BJJ #NoGi example of my class tonight but in a short breakdown. I’m a big believer in speed drills. We have been on Darces and #BraboChoke for 2 weeks and this is the end of 2 weeks so we did quick drills.

The ‘Hail Mary Ankle Lock’ from back control is a great option when you are having difficulty escaping.
