There is no BJJ guy in the world at my size that throws as fast or hard as me. I’ve always preferred standing in MMA rather than ground. A random winner will be picked for whichever @pitbullsports rash guard, T shirt, or shorts they pick!!

This my friends is exactly why police officers need to train Jiu-Jitsu. The control you see by this officer a solid blue belt can do. Those who don’t train don’t realize how easy it easy to for trained individuals to control un trained individuals. If this cop didn’t train he most likely would have panicked and possibly used deadly force against this individual. Instead, he was able to control and keep everyone safe!! I am proud to have so many law enforcement training with me!

Masterful performance by @garrytonon . This has been an insane few months. Garry was able to dominate and control the entire fight without giving up any damage. I was in the corner of all of Garry’s fights but one, and this one only 1 person was allowed to go. Garry wasn’t even able to have John there. He won this fight in the midst of chaos. I have posted in the past many times about forgiving drug addicted and alcohol addicted friends and family members in the past. However, that doesn’t mean become a door mat. The pain of seeing someone you love addicted to drugs and alcohol is heart breaking. You must absolutely expect nothing from them, or your heart will continue to break. It’s not up to you to make them or help them change, it’s up to them! They are often professional manipulators, so smile and nod, yet accept what they are, addicts.

If you want to run a successful Academy, you must understand that you are not your own boss, the students are your boss. Serve them well and make sure what you are serving them is something they all need!!
