In this video I don’t try to stop my tics and twitching. Most videos I need to retake multiple times because I don’t want to post with me making weird faces. Anytime I speak publicly I warn the audience so they don’t think I’m weird. Add ADD to that and sometimes life isn’t easy. However, there is hope. I learned to work twice as hard as anyone else and it’s paid off. If you have a child that struggles show them this. It all works out.

Here is my student Calvin winning his final match in American Nationals by submission. We have spent hundreds of hours working hard to sharpen Calvin’s game, and it’s paying off. 100% submission rate for Calvin in the No Gi Pan American games and Nationals. This match was extra special because this opponent had beaten Calvin in the past and also took silver in the No Gi Worlds.

I have fought 11 pro mma fights, sparred in pro boxing gyms, and I never took punishment on the feet standing. I credit that to my foot work and movement.
