Our guys and girls are working hard every single day and I’m having such a blast teaching them all I know. Calvin is a special athlete that can take down d1 wrestlers, and also use his guard to submit them. He has no “game”, he is just as efficient anywhere. Push ups from your knees doesn’t mean you are weak! Many of you know I love push ups, there was a time I was getting in 500 a day, however, some days I do them from the knees. Anyone who thinks these are just for “girls”, doesn’t know much. I have seen many women do better push ups than some men! Often people cut the corners on push ups missing out on the true benefits.
