The major inside trip can be effective from front clinch or rear clinch. This class we looked at combining it with the schoolboy takedown as a backup plan. The full class and many others are always on my Patreon.

The arm drag is one of the most useful tools in grappling, with applications in mma and self-defense. Understanding how and when to apply arm drags can make the difference in clinch fighting and takedowns. I’m this video, we look at the mechanics of arm drags and multiple applications.
