Good training is fuelled by good nutrition. My favourite ‘cheat’ meal.
– peel & boil potatoes for 10 min. Mash with some coconut oil – beat eggs
– mix in nuts and seeds
– mix in potatoes
– cook on a good non stick pan
– top with berries
