Besides the Kimura, my most common finish is the Figure Four Arm Lock. It is simple yet devastating, and I find that the elbow locks out much easier than a regular arm bar, due to the fact that you have much a better brace of the elbow than you do with the classic arm bar.
It also flows naturally from either the Americana or Kimura when people try to escape. Sometimes I just force the position if I’m having a hard time with a Kimura. Once you have it locked out, there isn’t anything the person on bottom can really do except tap.
