The shin box drill is a great way to warm-up, stretch, activate, and increase range of motion in the hips in one drill!
This movement works on activating the glutes, stretching the hip flexors, getting movement in the hips, and is also great to perform slow for a solid control exercise.
This is movement sequence is not only effective and useful, but it is time-efficient and gets you a signficant value for very little time spent. Your hips will also feel great and ready for activity!
