I’m getting bored at home during the quarantine and decided to offer my professional commentating services to my students for their competition matches. Here is my first attempt.

Jiu-Jitsu is valuable for everyone, but can be particularly life changing for our children. Teaching them the skills and confidence to protect themselves in the most non-violent way possible at a young age will have lasting impacts on their growth, development, and their future.
