people asked me what I did today for my birthday. I did the same thing I do everyday. theres no need to change when you are happy. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be with my family and teach jiu jitsu. I would not change a thing.

this sunday the kids team will compete at pan kids 2019, i dont know if the team will win another title or not, but I enjoy so much watching their transformation thought the process of preparing to compete for something they care about. to me its the most valuable lesson someone can have. theres never a guarantee of success but you can only have it if you give yourself a try.

Pan Kids 2019 around the corner. This video shows my training with two of our athletes that will be representing the team at the event. 14 years old green belt. Last year in the kids division for them and they already have the discipline and mentality that it takes to succeed at any future division.
