heres an example of the concept I taught on artofjiujitsu.com being applied in competition. @coleabatejj using the triangle lock to win a competition. his opponent was hiding the arm and staying in a position where the choke was not tight enough to make him tap. cole explored many different options until he was able to create the opportunity to end the fight.

yesterday @artofjiujitsu posted on the website a breakdown of this technique that I use a lot in training. the new style of instruction called Sessions is my favorite yet and gives the online students a better understand of the step by step of the techniques.
