One year ago today, @bellatormma unveiled my Champion banner inside the same venue where my Bellator career started, @winstar_world in front of my Oklahoma/Texas fans. What a moment!!! Crazy how fast time flew from looking up at the banners at my debut to this day just over three years later. One more reminder the distance between your dreams & where you are is not as great as you think.

I had the pleasure to be his first guest last Friday as we broke down the story behind some of my classic matches as well as the mindset & techniques that helped me be successful. At the end, I had to show some love to all my opponents because without them I wouldn’t be the martial artist I am today. I’ve learned from every defeat & every victory. I’ve learned about my flaws technically & also my flaws mentally.
