In this video, I show my first use of The Iron-Neck Pro.

The set up was super quick and easy but can take a bit of adjustment to get the proper fit.

It was a unique way to strengthen the neck, unlike anything I had done before. The resistance was consistent and comfortable and I did not feel any discomfort in the neck when using the device.

I felt a constant tension on the neck muscles and I could feel the muscle sin the neck and even my trunk/core working to stabilize my body.

I have some upcoming videos that show how this device can be applied to BJJ and specifically used in BJJ-specific positions.
