How to shut down and pass the Single Leg X Guard even if he’s trying to leglock you and take your opponent’s back. By Stephan Kesting, from https://www.grapplearts.com/rollingbacktakes
Rolling backtakes have become part of modern jiu-jitsu, but they’re undeniably intimidating. Here’s the simplest one you can do: just learn to identify the trigger position (3/4 mount), make sure his hands are on one side of your body, and then roll on the other side. There are many details, tweaks, and variations that we’ll cover at some point in the future, but I just want to get you hitting this move so that you learn to believe in it. Let me know how this goes!

This is a really simple attack series and a great intro to the Key Master Hook. Their are many different ways to use the key master hook, but this series is based off starting from collar sleeve which is a common position and on my opinion the simplest way to set the position up. I go over a combo with the Triangle Choke, Ankle Lock, and Matrix set up that is very easy to combine. If you like the video please comment and let me know your questions.

The Ultimate Lapel Guard is easy to use, cannot be passed and guarantees you victory! Check out https://www.grapplearts.com/gi/ for more information about the Black Technical Gi, the ONLY gi on the market guaranteed to be impervious to the Ultimate Lapel Guard!
When attacking from far side collar sleeve often your opponent will be tight with their elbow or step their hips back making it difficult to get close enough to chase the Omoplata or triangle. This sequence I learned studying and talking with Tommy Langaker has helped my guard tremendously in the last months, I have found it also very useful from cross guard. This is a short explanation, I hope you all get some good use out of it.
