This is a short attempt to capture the beauty that is the martial art of brazilian jiu-jitsu in the world of mma and on the tatame. There is so much out there, that if I used everything, it would be many hours of footage. This is my video submission towards the Athletic Body Care video sponsorship contest for 2010.

My name is Terry Ng and I am a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt based out of Toronto, Canada. I love competing and training.
