Now for another submission from spider guard. There are just so many! This one is a little tricky but to be honest, when you get the hang of it, you will feel that it is just as easy as a regular triangle. This submission is, of course, the ‘reverse’ triangle. A little tricker to get and to complete to submission but totally doable. And guess what guys, no one is going to expect you to do this…just practice it and make it your move. In this video, we look at another, and potentially very obvious submission from spider guard. But the reality is, it can really catch your training partners. Why? because, when you are so effective with the sweep, you can use that distraction greatly to your advantage. And of course, the triangle is a fantastic submission. Check out this video guys.
