G’day guys, The Struggling Grappler here. Today, in this video, I go over a technique that has helped my side control game a huge amount. It’s a technique that benefits someone that has a smaller frame. It’s Knee Ride!

It’s such a great position – because, although I might not be as strong and big as some of the younger guys…knee ride, with some technique and of course gravity can be incredibly powerful.
