“Here’s a SNEAKY SETUP for a TRIANGLE CHOKE that will catch your opponent slipping.
Just when he thinks he’s escaping Omoplata danger, he’s right into a triangle choke.
This is for when we attempt a triangle but his posture and base is too strong.
We’ll tire our guard out chasing this triangle but we can use this OMOPLATA to get back to the triangle.”

Elbow CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations) are joint circles used to improve the capacity that you elbow and forearm can move in. This technique can help in reducing stiffness and pain, while improving range of motion in the elbow joint.

Its a very useful warm-up.

Complete 5 repetitions per side.
