Push Him Away From Knee Cut – FREE Technique from Bernardo Faria’s New Half Guard DVD “The Battle Tested” – Coming Soon

After my first 2 half-guard DVDs (The Faria Guard & The Z-Guard), I have received a lot of messages from people asking me to make a video commenting what I’m thinking while I’m in the Half-Guard. So based on what you guys asked, I decided to make a new Half-Guard DVD with over 50 minutes of sparring sessions filmed while I comment during each sparring session. I believe that one of the most important things in Jiu-Jitsu is the timing of the technique, so by making the DVD so you can hear what I’m thinking while I spar in the half-guard, I think you guys will be able to improve your half-guard game even more, because you will learn much better how each sweep.

Also in this new DVD, I put together my best deep half-guard and z-guard techniques with all my new updates that I have developed since my last 2 half-guard DVDs, to win the Double Gold in the Worlds (2015) and Pan-Ams (2015) and the Open Class in 2016, after pulling half-guard in almost all of my matches.

So if you already have one of my half-guard DVDs, you will probably find this new version with all the updates plus the sparring sessions very helpful.
