#tbt ?|| Snippet from some old Skool ninja training in ??~2002. Not much compares to the level of intensity and battling the head games that go along with completing 12x 6 minute live sparring rounds in a row everyday, for weeks or months on end. I feel this type of “meditative” training really helps one develop instinctual reactions, technique and mental toughness. On a side note, I never seem to get the white gi memo ?
