Here is one of my favorite foot sweeps when someone tries to stay heavy on my high hand. The best part about this sweep is even if they get out, it opens up uke to being thrown with bigger, stronger attacks.

Don’t just fly into your big throw! Set them up first. Your set up can even be as simple as a foot sweep. As long as it gets the reaction you need from your opponent!
