Uchimata can be done in a lot of ways! This way is not one I would recommend for beginner or even intermediate level judo players. It take a while to develop a good strong pull into Uchimata to pull this technique off! If you’re looking to start learning Uchimata, begin with a basic 3 step, then 2 step, then this version!
