When throwing an opponent, it’s a good idea to have a plan for him when he hits the mat. Follow through from your throw, in this case Tai Otoshi or Kubi Nage, directly into a pinning or submission technique. In this video, we feature going into Kesa Gatame to pin him.

A brown belt from derby city (Well a black belt now! (Just got it yesterday before I made the video haha) use to hit this on me a lot. Not just me. Almost everyone I saw him roll with.
