Dealing with a stiff arm in judo can be a real problem. This basic throw works great against a same-sided person. Note: current Judo rules don’t allow touching the leg, so your arm wraps the the opponent’s arm upward rather than the leg downward (see the thumbnail).

NEAR LAPEL GRIP WHIZZER UCHI MATA
Uchi Mata using a Whizzer or Overhook grip with your arm is effective. This video shows how to use the whizzer grip along with a near lapel grip and how to use the whizzer grip without a near lapel grip in doing Uchi Mata.
