One of the essentials for BJJ and function in general is hip mobility.
Having restrictions in the hip and hip pinching can hinder normal daily function as well as multiple aspects of jiu-jitsu.
In this video, I give two basic variations on how to not only stretch the musculature around the hip but also increase space in the hip joint for better hip movement, decreased pain, and for better Jiu-Jitsu.
