The Truck – Popularised by 10th planet Jiu Jitsu – it’s an awesome technique and I think it should be part of your arsenal. It certainly is part of mine and those of my students. This is tried and tested and proved on the mats. It also has the benefit of not being overly familiar to many people outside of 10th planet…so can be used to great effect on your mat or in competition. My Favourite Triangle Set Ups From Closed Guard!

Triangles should be part of everyone’s Jiu Jitsu game. And there is nothing like getting them from closed guard. There are a couple of quick little tricks that can massively increase your performance. They are really not that difficult and with a little practice, you can quickly become a killer at these on the mat. Watch the video and try it on the mat. Let me know how you go!
