Get Out Of Closed Guard – A HACK!

If you are in the closed guard of someone that really knows what they are doing…it can be very difficult to get out. You know what I mean right? I am sure you have been there…that young guy with really long legs and extra strength. Then this video is for you. It’s a little hack that believe it or not is really high percentage. Cross Chokes And Armbars!

A fantastic way to get an Armbar is to threaten the choke and a fantastic way to get the choke is to threaten the Armbar! Like much in Jiu Jitsu – these submissions work well together. But we too often think of them in isolation. Don’t! Think of these as compound moves. Each one strengthens the other. This just works guys. I use it. My students use it. And so should you.
