The Easy HACK To Avoid Finger INJURY In Jiu Jitsu!

Just type on BJJ fingers into Google Images and you will see what happens when you get injured fingers in Jiu Jitsu. It’s not pretty. But it does not have to be that way. There is a simple technique a simple hack that can change all of that. It might take a while to adjust at first but once you do…all those aching and injured finger days will be behind you. Sometimes when you are going for the cutting armbar from the bottom your opponent pushes down low and presses towards the ground. Perhaps you have not placed your knee in as a protection against this defense…but no problem, you can move straight into the Kimura! Watch as I demonstrate this move, I think you will like it. Escaping head lock control (Kesa Gatame) is part of our white belt syllabus. Why? because it is so fundamental to the sport of Jiu Jitsu. This is a great little technique that can save you loads of hassle when you grab a great footlock but your partner knows how to counter.
