The question comes from Phillip who is getting ready for a competition with a rule set he’s not used to. He’s wondering should he roll under the same rules as the competition leading up to the tournament or should he just roll like normal and make adjustments on the day of the matches?

I’ll explain how I do it and how I prepare for a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu competition regardless of the rules.
