As requested by so many my #tbt this week has to be about the spinning Knee bar. Here is a little clip on how it’s done. NOTE my right hand doesn’t move much. i keep the right grip on the collar during all the set up until the very last min. The idea is to get a reaction from the sweep I make the opponent react on the sweep attempt. It is very hard to defend two things happening at the same time. I always say. Fight is like an argument. It’s a conflict of interest. So what ever you do your opponent will disagree. Especially every inicial threats you throw. So when he try not to get swept is when I am@already spinning placing my head between his legs letting go the grip on the last moment pinching Achilles with my right armpits.
