Here’s a great counter and submission for when your opponent pins (or traps) your hand behind your back from your closed guard. I have found this counter to be very high percentage for me. Good luck and be sure to watch the second video in this series for another sick move!

I know that for many of my White and Blue belts, The Twister seems to be a very complicated technique to understand. Not only the execution of it, but also the entries, since most of the regular entries are performed while you are rolling and upside-down…
But there are easier ways to do it and learn it, as I show you guys in this video, what I consider to be The Easiest Twister Entry Ever, combining 2 basic techniques.
