One of my facebook friends asked me to share my favorite Ezekiel Choke setup. This is the highest percentage one I use from mount position. There is a no gi version I like quite a bit but it is quite different than this one. If you like the choke give this little setup a try.

We also shared a few defenses to the ezekiel in previous videos if you are getting caught often in it.
