I remember seeing this side control reversal for the first time years back in the clip referenced in this video. I studied it and use it still to this day. In today’s video I show I a simple escape from a tight knee on belly position for one of the channel viewers.
The question came from social media who is having trouble with one of the higher belts putting him in knee on belly. So in the video I show 1 of my favorite ways to escape the position by focusing on 1 of the weak links to the knee on belly position.
The escape isn’t easy, escaping a tight position from a higher belt never will be. But the ideas in the video could give you a fighting chance.
