From Back Control right into an ARMBAR!
In this quick little video of one of my classes, I discuss moving into an armbar from Back Control. Starting from knees: TAKEDOWN/ARMBAR combo!
In Jiu-Jitsu we often start from our Knees. But this technique works from the knees or from standing. Does not matter. Get the throw, if it doesn’t work…move straight into an Armbar. It’s incredibly effective and can end the roll/match within seconds. A couple of my students did exactly that in a recent competition. Check out the video and try it yourself on the mat. Let me know how you go.

A Tricky KIMURA From SIDE CONTROL!
This is not a common submission. But it’s not hard either. And it’s a little bit tricky. So can catch your training partner off guard. I am sure you will get submission success with this on the mat. Watch the video and give it a try on the mat…and let me know how it works out…
