Kayron começou a competir no Jiu-Jitsu aos 9 anos de idade, e desde então acumulou vários títulos importantes representando o escudo vermelho: Campeão Mundial Sem Kimono em 2007 na faixa roxa, Campeão Mundial em 2008 na faixa marrom, Campeão Pan Americano em 2010 na faixa preta, entre outros.
Kayron Gracie nasceu dia 04 de maio de 1988 no Rio de Janeiro e quando Kayron tinha 17 anos, se mudou para os Estados Unidos, onde continuou a competir, enquanto começou uma carreira como instrutor no quartel general da Gracie Barra nos Estados Unidos localizado em Irvine na Califórnia. Hoje Kayron tem a sua própria escola em Mission Viejo na Califórnia.
