Last year he was green, now blue but he taps black belts! He will get me soon enough lol

I have fell in love with the Switch from the Guards the last few years and teach it often. I was at an open mat with 7 black belts and a bunch of savage purples that work AGF. We were in Jackson, Mississippi at my buddy Anthony Mitchell’s gym, Precision Martial Arts.

It’s important that at a minimum you learn this escape! Bridge, Superman, turn to North South. Go train!

Gavin had a highlight of a day in Kids Grey NoGi and Challenger Division. He won Gi too but was beaten in the Challenger by a Yellow.

No special training. 3x per week, the school did Ashi sweeps. He REALLY liked that subject and took off with it!

The wrestlers Switch is a great way to attack the Back for BJJ as well! Use the Switch when an opponent gets the Underhook in Half Guard or bait a pass to hit it. BJJ+Wrestling =Greatness
